Processes of normalization and attempts of rupture by homoparental family subjects

Authors

Abstract

In this work we aim to discuss processes of normalization and attempts of rupture in enuncia-tions produced by subjects from homoparental families, based on what we have understood as the family dispositif, taking foucaultian studies as a theoretical reference. It is a qualitative re-search in which we carried out semi-open interviews with members of five homoparental fami-lies. The concept of dispositif is taken as a theoretical and analytical tool, in order to analyze the way in which the family dispositif acts in the constitution of itself and its families. We define as analysis tools the lines of enunciation, visibility, force and subjectivity that produce a dispos-itif, making it possible to tension discourses that act in the formation of the family dispositif. We observed how these lines act with the norms in the constitution of these subjects, producing processes of homonormalization, as well as some gaps.
